I worked with Chris for a couple of years within the Energy Field Services HR function. Chris had a successful career within EDF Energy in Resourcing, and took the opportunity through a restructure to branch into an HR generalist role. Chris picked up things exceedingly quickly and was able to support case meetings immediately with only very little support. He managed the closure of one of our functions the Metering Calibration Centre ensuring proper consultation and redeployment of all possible employees whilst liaising with senior management within the organisation to ensure agreement on salary protection etc with the senior Trade Union representative.
