I have over 10 years of technology recruiting experience across a variety of industries. I have worked as a Lead Technical Recruiter in house for Razorfish. In the 2 years I was there, I hired over 55 technologists that were geographically distributed. In 2008, I started my own boutique recruiting agency-LNplus2. Since that time, I have worked with hundreds of clients to help them scale their technical teams. My specialty is growing engineering teams for tech startups.
