Businesses, more often than not, operate Nationally (if not Internationally) and as a HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition Specialist I have been required to recruit for various roles within various industries throughout Australia - most predominately throughout the East Coast of Australia.

Leanne and I have worked together for a number of years. Firstly when we worked together at Joy Mining Machinery when she was a Senior HR Advisor in my team, responsible for the HR Service at a remote factory site and more recently, she has been working very closely with us acting as our recruiter.

She has always done a fantastic job. She is very bright, very dedicated and has an excellent understanding of all things HR, from the legals, through to negotiating EBA agreements, people management & development right through to finding the right people for the right roles.
