My Recruiting Experience

I'm a geek at heart, I can code, but realised I wasn't good enough to make it a career, so I became a Technical Recruiter instead! I get to talk to engineers all day and live vicariously through them. While it's now unusual for me to work on a completely new role I relish the opportunity to get my geek on and really understand all the details of the role.
