RecruitLoop is an online community of the best independent recruiters and sourcers around the world. We use technology to unbundle the services a traditional recruitment agency might provide, to give you a better service at a price that’s right for you.
- What type of roles can you help with?
Recruiters on our platform (‘Loopers’) have helped clients fill roles ranging from apprentice plumbers through to CEOs. Every Looper lists their focus and specialties on their profiles, and you are only matched with recruiters who have relevant experience.
- How do I find the right recruiter for my needs?
Once you post a request, you’ll be specifically matched to the right service and recruiters based on your individual needs. You’ll receive introductions from 3-5 matching recruiters, with links to their profiles, client feedback and performance metrics. You can talk or ask them questions before scoping a project and getting started – with no cost or obligation until you’re completely ready.
- Do you offer a guarantee?
We don’t offer a placement guarantee, because you have flexibility to engage a recruiter for any part of the hiring process. But we do offer a full service guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with the service provided by your recruiter, we’ll credit a fresh project with a different recruiter up to $5,000 value (see details here).
- How do I get started?
Get started by posting your hiring needs. You’ll be asked a few questions about your business and the roles you need to hire. Once you complete your request, you’ll receive responses from matching recruiters within 24 hours (often much sooner). Recruiters will provide a cost estimate aligned to your budget. You only pay for the work they complete, with multiple payment options through the RecruitLoop platform.
