How do recorded video interviews work?
Recorded Video Interviews are one-way video recordings, where candidates respond to questions that have been set for a specific role or project. Video Interviews are web-based recordings usually conducted in the early stages of screening for a role.
They can be used to replace a phone interview, or early-stage screening interview. Generally, they do not replace in-person interviews entirely. Learn more here.
