Marcus is an extremely intuitive recruiter. Meaning, he takes extra time to really listen to his candidates and advise them in many ways towards securing employment. Also, he will not send notification emails about positions that gave nothing to do with my skillset!
Far too often hide received notifications from recruiters with a job description that has absolutely nothing to do with my background. That is frustrating especially as a job seeker like myself. It creates what I call a false sense of hope and a waste of my time. Marcus doesn't waste time, however he does invest time in each candidate, making certain that he is recruiting from the same goals. It is significant when the recruiter is in sync with your goals!
