Lisa Foster worked with and for me at CVS Caremark as a Sr Mgr on our talent acquisition team. She helped lead the team as we formalized our executive placement program, developed an internal souricong function, and built internal processes focused on efficiency and candidate experience.

Lisa exhibited great skills in educating internal customers, building consensus for procedure changes and in teaching best practices for finding, identifying, and recruiting professional talent.

She was the operational lead for formalizing an executive placement program including candidate touch points, detailed procedures for developing, approving, and delivering offers, and the implementation of a new CRM system. Her efforts led to expense savings of $1m+ in her first full year.

Additionally, her efforts on executive placement supported my buildout of a complete internal sourcing program as we leveraged Lisa for training documentation on best practices.

Lisa is the most accomplished executive and professional sourcing and recruiting expert I've worked with. She combines tools use with a tenacity to find people with a keen ability to know what and how to sell candidates on an organization, and the client on the candidate. Her follow up, and ability to have folks ready to contact is always impressive. She moves fast like good recruiters do but unlike some recruiters, she's organized on the background and can easily move to a leadership role or project management per need.
