As a sales leader I have personally interviewed, hired, and trained hundreds of sales people over my career. I find helping others find great sales people very rewarding to me personally. I enjoy discussing the sales process and hearing successful sales professionals describe how they conduct their business. The large majority of my sales customers prefer sales professionals that have a consultative sales approach and of course they prefer great relationship people. Because that is my preferred sales approach too, it makes it helpful when looking for these individuals. I also have a large amount of successful experience recruiting telesales, customer service agents, and sales managers in many major metro areas. My recruiting goals for IT goals are simply stated, "To put the right IT person in the right IT position". My approach allows my client companies a much broader view of the available IT talent, as well as, my candidates having access to a wider range of opportunities. I have developed a "Job Screen" and "Candidate Screen" methodology for filling positions. I have recruited for and placed Sales and IT people covering most of the United States and Canada. I have had success in remote locations especially when looking for candidates willing to relocate to or from there. I have also been very successful working in most major metropolitan areas.

Danny was very responsive and was easy to work with. When we started out, the candidates were slow to come in, but we mutually agreed to expand the job posting onto a site our firm previously had good results with (LinkedIn). Danny helped with tweaking our listing and we feel we got a better response rate with his suggestions.
