RecruitLoop Wins ‘Best Business Innovation’ Award!

 

 

REA, Recruitment Extra, Recruitment Excellence Awards, Business Innovation, Thomson ReutersA month ago we shared the news that RecruitLoop was recognised for the ‘Best use of Technology’ at the 2012 My Business Awards.

We’re so excited to share the news that last Friday night we received the award for ‘Best Business Innovation’ at the 2012 Recruitment Excellence Awards.

As the first independent business focused awards, the Recruitment Excellence Awards were launched in 2008 to recognise excellence, innovation and professionalism in the Australian recruitment industry.

Profiling some of Australia’s most creative operators and organisations, the Best Business Innovation Award shone the spotlight on businesses with a focus on innovation.

The Judging Panel looked at innovation as:

  1. Inventing or introducing something new to the recruitment industry; or
  2. A new invention or way of doing something within the recruitment industry.

For the last 15 months we’ve been obsessed with innovation in order to give businesses a ‘smarter way to hire’.

We’ve brought an entirely fresh approach to recruitment through our international Recruiter Community who can help with as much or little of the recruitment process as required while charging an hourly rate for the time they work; and our recorded video interview platform – in itself a game-changing innovation in the recruitment process.

Whilst it was an absolute honour to personally go up and accept the award on Friday night, I did so on behalf of our entire team.

Huge thanks to all our recruiters for believing in us and for helping bring our innovation to life.

And of course big thanks to all our clients who continue to experience, support and endorse our innovation every day.
