RecruitLoop Launches With Good News for Employers in Uncertain Times

RecruitLoop ( has launched in Australia with a unique online recruitment platform. Targeting employers frustrated with the pain of managing recruitment themselves and the high cost of recruitment agencies, RecruitLoop’s new model changes the paradigm of the recruitment industry.

RecruitLoop breaks from the traditional agency model, giving employers flexible recruitment support at an hourly rate, to slash the cost of recruiting by up to 80%. The online platform includes innovative new technology for recorded video interviews, also the first of its kind in Australia. Visontay, a leading Australian entrepreneur, is Managing Director of a multi-award winning, national corporate services business and has been instrumental in a number of successful Australian business start ups. He developed the RecruitLoop idea after experiencing the pain in recruiting first hand. “Even as a successful medium-sized business we could never justify the cost of using a traditional recruitment agency,” continued Visontay. “I always used an individual consultant who would help me recruit for an hourly rate.
